Jessica Yoder
Jessica Yoder is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and longtime member of the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors (ICAAR) and the Cedar Rapids Area Association of Realtors (CRAAR). She specializes in real estate properties in Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty and surrounding Eastern Iowa areas.
Growing up as a builder’s daughter, Jessica knows all the ins and outs of the building industry. She is a native of the Kalona/Wellman area, a graduate of Mid-Prairie Community School District and a graduate of Kirkwood Community College with an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration. Jessica is a committee member for the Wellman Economics Development Committee, a member of the Wellman Chamber of Commerce, a board member for the Wellman YMCA, Washington Township Optimist and attends Grace Community Church. She has worked in the real estate industry since 1997 and is a licensed Realtor in the State of Iowa.
Jessica and her husband, Karsten, are currently a fourth-generation farm family with two children in the Mid-Prairie School District. She is very involved in the Wellman and Kalona community and enjoys participating in the various events that are sponsored by the Wellman Chamber of Commerce and the YMCA Parkside Activity Center. Selling real estate and keeping up with her kids and their activities keeps this professional mom very busy.
Sarah Bigley
Sarah Bigley is a licensed Realtor in the State of Iowa and earned her real estate license in 2013. Sarah joined the Lepic-Kroeger, Realtors family in 2014. She has excelled in many areas of the Real Estate industry including buying & selling residential homes, selling & leasing commercial properties, property management, and office administration.
Sarah is a home closing specialist and works hard to ensure that each client feels positive about their real estate experience, whether as a buyer or a seller. She specializes in real estate properties in Iowa City, North Liberty, Coralville, Tiffin, Kalona, Riverside, Wellman, Washington, Williamsburg and other surrounding areas throughout Eastern Iowa.
Sarah is a graduate from the Linn-Mar Community School District in Cedar Rapids and studied Business Management at the University of Iowa in Iowa City. Sarah and her husband, Eric Bigley, currently reside in Washington County where they enjoy the peacefulness of the countryside with their yellow lab, Maisy, and their other many pets and farm animals.
